TROY SPRINGS

ABOUT TROY SPRINGS

Troy Springs was purchased by the state in 1995 and before that, you could only access it by boat or dirt roads. Today it is popular for boating and guests can launch at the river boat dock. Troy Springs has a large basin with depths of 70ft and is perfect for swimming. Visibility at this spring is great and allows for exploring of an old Confederate steamboat named Madison, that was sunk. Open water diving with pairs is permitted but you must be certified.
