MANATEE SPRINGS

These beautiful blue waters have been enjoyed for the last 10,000 years starting with the Paleo Indians. One of the reasons the waterway is named Manatee Springs, is because during the colder months you can find manatee migrating to this waterway. About 40 feet below there’s a cliff that drops down to a cavern where the entrance of a cave can be explored as long as you are certified! Boardwalks create great biking trails and walkways for visitors who wish to explore the area. The first magnitude spring produces 100 million gallons of water on the daily!
